Hope you’re well and expressed and connected to a community that supports, uplifts, and CHALLENGES you. Yes, fellow athletes, we’re talking physical challenges. Where would we be without boisterous friends whipping us into a frenzy and helping us reach our PHYSICAL PEAKS’?? Think: Arm wrestling! Rope climbing! Pull-up comptetions! The (now outlawed?) “v sit and reach” which used to be part of the “Presidential Fitness Test.” (Insert a million low hanging jokes that would conjure this reaction: 😑 here). Just kidding, palms are sweating mom’s spaghetti just typing this! We’d love to volunteer ourselves as a safe place to support, uplift, and almost NEVER physically challenge you. ❤️
