“The above captured footage pricing is licensed for archival and promotional use only, including short-form social clips. Any release of captured footage from Dynasty Typewriter exceeding 20 minutes on any platform constitutes a Special Release and requires a separate $15,000 buyout. Upon buyout, the artist retains full rights to distribute and monetize all captured content from the performance.”
