 Core Philosophy:
• If it’s a Task → Do it during normal hours.
• If it’s a Project → Submit this form, justify time/resources, and get approval.

Is this a Project or a Task?
• Task = Routine show operations, stocking, cleaning, creating show art, VanJam requests, or quick fixes. These should be done in regular scheduled hours. No form required.
• Project = Work that goes beyond normal hours, takes more than a couple of hours outside show needs, or changes/improves systems, branding, or the space. This form required.
