Happy Socktober!

Dear Dynasty Darlings,

Happy 🧦SOCKTOBER🧦 from Dynasty Typewriter! 🧦SOCKTOBER🧦is like October, but more outwardly sock puppet-y! Only at Dynasty, are we right? It's like, we're so FUNKY! :)

But think about this for a second... imagine being a sock.🧦Your sole (literal!) purpose is to cover a foot. You don't really even have a self, you are just part of a PAIR that was designed to cover a potentially stinky foot, and go into a potentially stinky shoe, and then thrown into a HAMPER! (hamper: cute word!) Then, next thing you know, someone grabs you and a hot glue gun and gives you features and senses and yarny-ass hair and a PERSONALITY! And now, instead of a foot going inside your body, you got a hand, a historically more prized/less stinky/more expressive phalange, jammed up in ya to delight others. And you LOVE IT!

Now, let's take this metaphor and apply it to THIS MONTH OF YOUR LIFE (SOCKTOBER/OCTOBER). The month is the sock. Your actions and behaviors and nightlife choices are the googly eyes and yarny-ass hair. And you can manipulate it for joy and expression! And perk alert: it's easy to pack! Other puppets can be bulky and unwieldy and require multiple puppeteers and years of training. No thank you! With these guys you can easily throw it into your carry-on with a KIND BAR (fishing for a sponsorship - we KNOW you are watching KIND BAR MARKETING BOTS), and away you go. ✈️

What we're trying to say is: come to Dynasty for all of our shows in 🧦SOCKTOBER🧦. You're gonna LOVE IT!

LOVE IT!
