🤐 VAN is trying to help her son build a secret room. As is customary with whatever kind of brains they have, what started as a simple idea is SPIRALING and VIBRATING with excitement. Have you ever built a secret room? Or, have you VISTED a secret room you loved? Any tips? What does this secret room need to make it TRULY magical?
🦐 VAN'S SHRIMP, Marge Shrimpson, had her babies! She had them a while ago, if we’re being honest. Basically, she had a bunch of eggs on her tiny shrimp abdomen for weeks… and then she didn’t. The day this was realized was ALSO the day VAN did a 20% water change as the Walstad Method™ recommends. Long story short, VAN was sure she’d watered her plants with the infant children of Marge. LO AND BEHOLD, they did not get sucked out and turned into plant fertilizer! They were just sooooo tiny she couldn’t see them at first. But now there are SEVEN small but visible beautiful BLUE baby shrimp! 🥵 Marge is a cherry red shrimp, and so now we know who the daddy was. Big blue daddy PRAWN KNOTTS. Wow. Love is colorblind. So are cherry shrimp, technically their compound eyes tuned for movement, not hue. Maybe that’s why she picked him: he was a flash of truth in the tank. Whatever you believe, the truth is simple: P. Knotts left a sperm packet near Marge’s gonopore at the perfect time.
🦴 JAMIE is likely going to Burning Man! There’s a lot that could be said about this, but the hope of new self-discovery is at the core. Specifically, FASHION DISCOVERY likely, alter ego discovery. So if in the future you THINK you see Jamie but they are encompassing and expressing many gender identities in a top hat with a bone nose piecing… meet, B3W1X. They are probably going to be a lot like Jamie but they LOVE showing midriff, shooting 3 pointers, and debuting new “takes on shoes.” Any Burners have advice or words of wisdom or WARNING?
🗓️ Whilst summer may be slow, the calendar is filling up with so many wonderful things to see. We’re so grateful for all the magic on the stage and in the audience!
